Optimus Prime is seen leading NEST, a military organization consisting of human troops and his own team of Autobots aimed at killing the the rest of Decepticons on Earth. On a mission in Shanghai, Optimus and his team destroy Decepticons, Sideways and Demolishor. Sam finds a splinter of the destroyed AllSpark, and on the splinter fills his mind with Cybertronian symbols. Thinking it is dangerous, Sam gives the AllSpark splinter to his girlfriend Mikaela Banes for safe keeping, and leaves her and Bumblebee behind to go off to college. Sam calls Mikaela, after a mental breakdown who immediately leaves to get to him.
The Fallen instructs Megatron and Starscream to capture Sam in order to discover the location of the Matrix of Leadership. With Sam's outbreaks worsening, Mikaela arrives at campus just as Alice—revealed to be a Decepticon Pretender—attacks Sam. In an ensuing fight, Optimus engages Megatron, Grindor and Starscream. Optimus kills Grindor and rip off Starscream's arm, but during a quick distraction while searching for Sam, he was blindsided then pierced and blasted through the chest by Megatron and dies.
After Prime's death, The Fallen speaks to the world and demands they surrender Sam to the Decepticons or they will continue their attack. After teleporting the group to Egypt, Jetfire explains that only a Prime can kill The Fallen, and translates the symbols, which contain a riddle that sets the location of the Matrix of Leadership somewhere in the surrounding desert. By following the clues, the group arrive at the tomb where they ultimately find the Matrix, but it crumbles to dust in Sam's hands. Sam collects the dust and tells Simmons to call Major William Lennox to bring the other Autobots and Optimus' body.
The military arrives with the Autobots, but so do the Decepticons, and a battle arises. During the fight, Decepticon Devastator is formed and finds the Sun Harvester from inside one of the pyramids before being destroyed by the US military. Megatron breaks through the attack and kills. The other Primes show Sam to merge the Matrix with Optimus' spark before bringing him back to life. The Matrix is assembled from the dust, and Sam uses it to revive Optimus. The Fallen arrives and defeats the Autobot team before stealing the Matrix, and activating the Sun Harvester found by the Decepticon Devastator. Optimus destroys the Sun Harvester and takes on Megatron and The Fallen, killing the last of them. Sam then finally responds to Mikaela's love as Megatron and Starscream retreat and promise their fight isn't finished.

John Mayer- He is a pop, rock, blues, and soul artist, with a really beautiful voice. One of his hits is "Free Fallin'' by Tom Petty originally. He has a new CD out called Battle Studies on September 24, 09. It has the hits "Who Says" and "Heartbreak Warfare" on it. He was featured on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine (#1027) in 2007.
Demi Lovato- Her real name is Demetria Devonne Lovato. Demi is 17 years old. when she was 7, she was on Barney and Friends with her best friend, Selena Gomez. She made her acting debut on the Disney Original Movie, Camp Rock, which came out June, 2008. She also went on tour with the Jonas Brothers, in Summer 2008, the opening act on their Burning Up Tour. She launched her singing career a few months after the JB tour. She has two CD's out, Don't Forget, which came out September, 2008, and Here We Go Again, which came out July 2009. Her album Here We Go Again was on the Billboard 100 Charts. Some hits from the new album are "Here We Go Again", her new single with a music video "Remember December", and "Catch Me". On the recent album, she wrote "World of Chances" with John Mayer. And she wrote " Stop The World" with Nick Jonas. On last year's album Don't Forget, she had a duet with the Jonas Brothers, called "On The Line". She had her own Summer 09 tour this year, with opening acts David Archuleta/KSM.
